/&gt;今日はモンブランの野菜のためのディップソースを買ったので野菜三昧です。ニンジンとアスパラは温野菜で、きゅうりと大根はしゃきしゃきの生で食べました。とても美味しかったです。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;もやしはさっとお湯を通して一風堂のホットもやしソースをかけて、四つ目の大根は健康家族のガーリックドレッシングをかけて食べました。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;KALDIでトマトホールが88円で売っていたので、トマトスープを作ろうと思い早速買い出し。ジャガイモ、ニンジン、玉葱、エリンギを買って、家にあった鶏肉とアルトバイエルンを加えて、マギーブイヨンのスープを加えて作りました。隠し味に残ったキムチを入れたのが良かったのか奥深い味わいが出ていましたよ！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;今晩のへなちょこ料理のメインは・・・&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;母に伝授された「にんべんのつゆの素」を使用した煮浸しでした。&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;実家の大根の葉の煮浸しがあまりにも美味しかったので、作り方を聞いたらあまりにも簡単なのでびっくり！なんと、にんべんのつゆの素と水を１：２で煮るだけ！水菜を煮たらあまりにも量が少なくなってしまったので、煮浸しの煮汁を使って豚バラと木綿豆腐も煮ちゃいました！すっごく美味しかったです。おまけはアジの開きとアルトバイエルン～&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div
